There are also two cooking grid placement options for lower or higher heat. The whole cooking system can be lifted out as one if you need to check on your coals at the bottom. The 14- inch charcoal basket makes clean up and charcoal conservation easy. Ashes fall through while larger briquettes remain in the basket to be used again. The warming rack gives you room to grill underneath while having items on top or use as a second level grill space Sturdy curved base sits right on top of the cooking grates on your kamado or 18- inch charcoal grill. The grill expander has custom legs to securely place on top of your current grate expanding your cooking area by almost double.
