Featuring 16 gauge fully welded 304 stainless steel construction and double side walls, this smoker offers impressive heat retention, durability, and corrosion resistance in a shiny, modern package. The unique design of the smoker allows you to smoke or grill in either of its dual chambers. Two 12 gauge 304 stainless steel charcoal baskets can be adjusted by levers on the front of the smoker to choose independent cooking zones in each chamber. Additionally, the removable charcoal hopper can be used in either side to extend your cook and give you up to 16 hours of smoking time. The Combeaux Smoker comes with three 20 x 15- inch cooking grids and one 21 x 15- inch cooking grid that provide 1215 sq. inches of cooking surface, all electropolished steel for supreme corrosion resistance and longevity. Any of these grids can be placed into the smaller chamber or the large smoker cabinet. A fold away grease pan makes cleanup in the smoker tower convenient, as does a front access full- sized dustpan for collecting ash from the coal trays. Two front combustion dampers let you control airflow into each chamber, and one exhaust damper each on the hopper lid and smoker tower let you control airflow out.
