Get fire- roasted garlic with this Cast Iron Garlic Roaster which allows you to roast your own garlic over hot coals, on your gas grill or in the oven. Simply preheat your oven or grill to 400 degrees and trim the top of the garlic bulb so the tops of the cloves are peeking through. Add olive oil, salt and pepper, place inside the roaster and cook for 45 to 60 minutes, turning bulbs occasionally. Once the garlic is done, carefully place the bulb in the included silicone garlic squeezer and squeeze from the bottom until peeled cloves come out.
