The T- bone has always been a favorite of steak lovers not only for having a size that will satisfy any appetite, but also for having two different cuts all in one steak. On one side is a generous portion of the rich and meaty strip loin cut from the end of the short loin. On the opposite side, of the bone is a rich, buttery, melt- in- your- mouth, filet mignon. We age our T- bones to perfection to ensure that each side exhibits the best characteristics of each unique cut. Orders placed before 4pm CT on Tuesday will be shipped out the following day. Any orders placed after 4 PM CT, will not be received until the following business day. Any orders received after 4pm CT on Tuesday will not be processed until the following Monday. We will make every attempt to adhere to the schedule outlined, but holidays, weather, and unforeseen circumstances can disrupt this schedule.
