As an added feature, the 400 comes equipped with an electric starter which can be pushed through the electric starter port on the ash drawer and into the charcoal bed for effortless and reliable ignition. Attached to the side of the grill are two slatted walnut shelves that add plenty of area for storage or prep and can be folded away for convenience. The cast iron top vent, bottom cooking dial, and temperature gauge all come with innovative color- coded heat zone controls, letting you easily and reliably optimize your cooking temperature. The thick ceramic firebowl and outer body let you grill at competition level in any climate. As part of the innovative design that Icon Grills has developed, the ash drawer can be taken out and replaced with the Quick Change Gas Insert.
