The Pakkawood handle is constructed of carefully selected foreign and domestic hardwood veneers which undergo a process that creates multiple fused layers of treated hardwoods, making a weather, bacteria and moisture resistant handle that is dimensionally stable. The 32 layers of Damascus steel and VG10 super steel cutting core create an incredibly strong, stain- resistant blade with a 16 degree cutting angle for unmatched edge retention.
