The Solaire Infrared burners preheat in 3 minutes and therefore it cooks food twice as fast and the intense direct heat, heats the food and does not rely on hot air circulation retaining more moisture and flavor than traditional gas grills. The stainless steel V- shaped grilling grates catch dripping to enhance flavor, but also reduce flare ups.
