The Eco outdoor oven is features a dual- chamber design with separate doors for the upper cooking chamber and lower furnace chamber, as well as a pullout ash bin for easy cleanup. The steel oven body is finished in high- temperature resistant paint, the doors and grates are made with durable stainless steel. A built- in chimney damper and oven thermometer allow for temperature control and monitoring. Cook with indirect heat using the included pizza stone, or cooking directly on the grates.
